The Roseville City Council voted to extend a waiver of utility late fees during its Monday, June 8 City Council meeting an additional three months to included bills due in June, July and August.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on residents, the City Council has instructed city staff to waive the late fee for utility bills due on June 30, July 31, and August 31, 2020.
The city will continue to accept partial payments and emphasized that it does not disconnect water supplies to properties for late or non-payment.
Payment delinquencies for utilities are posted to a property’s taxes in order to provide temporary relief for those unable to pay.
