Note: Please review our guidance on the Governor’s Emergency Executive Order 20-20 to determine if your business can remain open or must close.

Governor Tim Walz has issued Executive Order 20-56 which allows non-critical customer-facing businesses to open beginning May 18, 2020. These businesses are able to open at 50% of "normal occupancy" as determined by the fire marshal. The Fire Department provides information to determine a business’s occupancy load.
